The 1st proof is sent within 12 hours from purchase and provided with information. If further changes are requested, new proof will be sent within 12 hours. Unlimited revisions are included for free. Look over proofs carefully and be specific with changes you want, to help customizing process to be done faster. Printing ready files will be emailed within 12 hours after approval.
How do I order a customized invitation?

2. Provide us with event information/wording for customization during checkout.
3. We'll send the proof(s) for revision within 12 hours. We would be glad to make any changes until you are satisfied with the final product. After your approval, high resolution print-ready files will be sent.
(Final files are NOT EDITABLE. You wouldn't be able nor allowed to change anything)

Can I change the wording? Can the colors be adjusted to match my party theme? Can the fonts be changed?
Absolutely! All personalized items in this shop are very customizatble! You may provide the wording that fits your celebration or event. You are welcome to use a design for any occasion.
Provide the wording you wish to use in the Notes Box on checkout page.
If your custom wording is different than on sample, please consider the text and design layout but we'll do our best to adjust the content!

Do you send proof before payment for custom order?
The proofing process is not a free service before a purchase is made. Payment must be made before any proofs are sent.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted ONLY if no proofs are sent to you.
If proofs are sent and we didn't get a reply in 3 days, printable files will be emailed and order will be set to completed.
Please make sure to read the description and that you want the product before you order.
You will not get a full refund due to transaction fees.
Can I ask for changes after the files are sent to email?
After files are approved, sent, and order is closed, all editable files we were working on during the customization process get deleted after a week. So, if it happens that you need some edits after that period, for file you APPROVED, We have to create NEW invitation for you, from the scratch, just as the very first time. We hope you understand that it'll cost time and work and we are not able to do it for free. But, considering that you already paid for the same invitation, you wouldn't be charged full price.
